Company Description:

For over ten years, AIM Development Cooperation (AIM) has been providing a variety of services to overseas investors/business entities who are interested in exporting merchandise to or conducting business in Taiwan and China. Services rendered by the office include but are not limited to:
  • Foreign Market Intelligence Reports.
  • Trade show selection assistance and support.
  • Customized lists of manufacturers, buyers, agents, distributors, and potential business partners.
  • Referrals & introductions to government/industry officials, and legal/shipping/service providers.
  • In-country customized business appointments and scheduling.

The consultancy operates two offices in the highly desirable Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) where the majority of the U.S. State Representative Offices are located. Ms. Tsai’s experience includes industry and export promotion, foreign investment recruitment, development of feasibility studies and tailored research reports, as well as the identification of potential joint ventures for:
  • commercial clients
  • government agencies
  • non-profit organizations

On average, each year AIM is commissioned by overseas and local clients from both the public and private sectors to implement over 100 projects with highly satisfactory feedback. The nature of the entrusted projects ranges across a wide variety of business and educational services. AIM is currently the authorized representative of the following agencies in Taiwan: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of Trade and Investment and California Agricultural Export Council.


Member/Principle Biography:

Ms. Tsai earned distinction during her 25-year career as a specialist in trade development for both public and private organizations. She has overseen the establishment and expansion of Taiwan-based state government and trade & investment offices for the states of Mississippi, California, Kansas, and Pennsylvania, as well as the founding of California Agricultural Export Council and Friends of California Association in Taiwan. Ms. Tsai has guided multinational clients through complicated trade negotiations, provided business-to-business matchmaking services, and, utilizing her extensive business and government connections, successfully conducted executive search efforts for foreign and domestic companies throughout the Greater China region. Ms. Tsai received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ming Chuan University in Taipei, Taiwan and her Master’s Degree in Business Management from Dominican University in California.
