Founded in 2013, Gedeth Network is an international strategy and business development consultancy headquartered in Spain. From offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Central America, it operates in 35 countries, across five continents with a focus on Spain, Portugal and Central and South America. Our team has helped over 1,000 companies achieve their international expansion plans.

Gedeth provides consulting services such as feasibility studies, market research and international marketing plans to both government promotion agencies and to SMEs. It also offers bespoke business development and international investment services and has delivered FDI services to many foreign investment promotion agencies including AMDIE (Morocco), Prom Peru and SAGIA (Saudi Arabia Investment Agency).

Gedeth specializes in delivering trade delegations in Spain and South & Central America for federal and state-based trade agencies including the United States Department of Agriculture, Global Affairs Canada, Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Governors and Premiers, and the Virginia Economic Development Partnership.

Gedeth’s experienced teams speak 10 languages and represent 12 nationalities. Many serve on Boards of Directors for relevant business bodies and Chambers of Commerce.

Principal Biography

Juan Millán is the CEO of Gedeth and has over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, international business development and credit management. Prior to founding Gedeth, Juan worked for 10 years at PromoMadrid, a regional trade promotion agency, as Manager of Foreign Direct Investment and as Senior Consultant on Internationalization. Previously, he worked at leading multinational companies in credit management such as Pfizer and Avaya. He is a Collegiate Attorney with a Degree in Law from Universidad Complutense of Madrid and a M.Ll in Administrative Law from the USP-CEU. Juan has also acted as Arbiter for the Consumer Arbitration Boards of Madrid for more than ten years. He is a Board member on various bi-lateral Chambers of Commerce and business associations including Australia, Canada and Norway, and lectures on internationalization at various Spanish business schools including La Salle, ESDEN and UFV-ADEN.
